Rider University is a private, coeducational and nonsectarian university located chiefly in the Lawrenceville section of Lawrence Township in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States. It consists of five academic units: the College of Business Administration, the College of Liberal Arts, Education and Sciences, the College of Continuing Studies, and the Westminster College of the Arts.

Academic Programs

Rider University has 71 undergraduate and 28 graduate degree programs in business administration, education, liberal arts, sciences, music, fine and performing arts, counseling, human services and leadership; and 27 undergraduate and graduate certifications.

Location

Two campuses in Lawrenceville and Princeton, NJ; within easy driving distance of both Philadelphia and New York City.

Sports

Rider University has 20 (10 men’s and 10 women’s) National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I teams; members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), Eastern Wrestiling League (EWL) and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC); and active club and intramural sports programs.
